Seafood Bouillabaise (412 cals)
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
2 oz salmon filet
2 oz shrimp
1 oz calamari
2 oz clams in shells
2 oz mussels in shells
1 oz onions, diced
2 oz tomatoes, diced
1/2 oz fennel, diced
1 oz Ayhan's Lemon & Herb Dressing
6 oz water
salt & pepper to taste

Directions: In saucepan saute onions, fennel and tomatoes with Ayhan's Lemon & Herb Dressing until tender, add rest of ingredients except shrimp and bring to boil. Reduce heat and keep at a simmer for 15 minutes. Add the shrimp at the end. Add salt & pepper for taste.
